Policy For Purchasing a Puppy and/or obtaining a Tantalite poodle
AKC Toy Poodle Pups and Adults for companions, obedience and for showing. All dogs are sold with health certificates, shots, wormed and a one year guarantee against hereditary defects. Dogs are home raised, socialized and paper trained and are part of the family. I retain the right to place or sell any puppy or dog to the right home and refuse the placement or sale of any puppy or dog to anyone I do not feel comfortable with.
Genetic testing is done and can be viewed on the OFA website. Companion animals are sold with Limited AKC papers and are not for breeding. Show animals will be co-owned until a Champion title is completed.
Deposits are non-refundable for conditions specified below:
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the buyer will forfeit the deposit and any rights to the Dog if:
(a) Buyer fails to complete the purchase of the Dog for any reason, or
(b) Buyer fails to pay the balance of the Purchase Price at the time of picking up the puppy. The Seller has the right to offer the puppy for sale to another family.
Deposits will be returned if:
If the Seller receives a deposit on a puppy but chooses not to sell the puppy to the potential Buyer, the Seller has full rights to refuse to sell the puppy and will return the deposit in its entirety.
